Monday

Lace up your skates at Monday Night Toonie Skates. Whether you’re planning a date night or a lone venture, this is your time to live out your Olympian dreams at the Olympic Oval for the low price of just $2. Grab your helmet and get down there from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Tuesday

Head down to the Max Bell Theatre for a night of magic and music. The Tale of a Gifted Prince follows a prince on a journey to save his father’s troubled kingdom. This story ensures a night of imagination and adventure starting at 7:30 p.m., courtesy of Theatre Calgary. Tickets range from $55 to $63 for orchestra, $87 to $120 for balcony.

Wednesday

Get ready for Drag Bingo and Banter, a high-energy night featuring live drag performances, prizes and tons of laughs. Hosted by Divina Diefor at Burn Block Social Club at 6:30 p.m., enjoy wings, beers, and plenty of chances to win courtesy of two rounds of bingo. Tickets are $11.98 and include two bingo cards; additional cards are $5.

Thursday

Join the Cowboys’ eighth annual wing-off at Cowboys Dance Hall for a flavour-packed, all-you-can-eat wing showdown. From 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., try flavours ranging from sweet to fiery from various Calgary pubs and restaurants. Cast your vote for your favourites, and help support Kidsport Calgary with every bite! Tickets are $29.99 for general admission, $50 for VIP.

Friday

Grab your favourite horror fan and head down to The GRAND to celebrate the iconic date with a screening of the cult-classic film Friday the 13th. Be sure to get there early for pizza, themed cocktails, and snacks before the movie begins at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15 and doors open at 5:30 p.m.

Saturday

Kick off the 15th Festival of Animated Objects at cSpace Marda Loop. Enjoy a showcase of puppetry and masks, featuring a lineup of performances, film screenings, exhibitions, and more, running from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Dive into a world of creativity as artists bring their stories to life. Tickets for events range from fixed-price to free to pay-what-you-can.

Sunday

Round out your week with some Calgary pride at the Hitmen’s game against the Edmonton Oil Kings at the Saddledome. This fierce Alberta rivalry gives fans a fast-paced, intense game and the chance to cheer on their favourite team. This is a home game you won’t want to miss. Tickets start at $19.75, and the game begins at 5 p.m.
