Paul Kuhn: Revelations
Opening March 14, 2026
In his inaugural exhibition, Paul Kuhn presents abstract paintings shaped by decades of engagement with contemporary art as a gallerist and arts advocate. Emphasizing colour, line, texture, and surface, the works balance structure and atmosphere. Influenced by European modernism and American minimalism, the practice explores disciplined abstraction, discovery, and quiet visual intensity.

CONTEMPORARY CALGARY
Richard Ibghy and Marilou Lemmens: Stacking Crates to Reach a Banana
Until August 16, 2026

Artist duo Richard Ibghy and Marilou Lemmens explore how human and non-human bodies are measured, observed, and valued within scientific and social systems. Video and handmade sculptures reference diagrams, experiments, and productivity studies while exposing the limits of quantifying behaviour and raising ethical questions about reducing bodies to data points.

Rebus Plates For Our Times
Until May 9, 2026
Calgary artist Mireille Perron presents large, hand-painted ceramic plates using the visual language of rebuses, which are pictorial puzzles that encode words and phrases. Drawing on historical rebus traditions, the works reference floods and wildfires to reflect shifting climate vocabulary and eco-anxiety, inviting viewers to decode urgent messages about environmental crisis and collective responsibility.
